MEETING FOR All Kindergarten Parents (kindergarten classroom)

Kindergarten teacher, Alice Gonzalez, will give an overview of curriculum, class procedures and schedules and all that parents need to know regarding supplies, guidelines for snacks, expectations, etc.

 

Parents new to the Academy GRADES 1-8 (fifth grade classroom)

Explanation of how our system of education, Pilon® Workshop Way®, works for each student
◊ to instill a lasting love for learning
◊ to help grow human skills for life-long learning

Practical applications:

Saint Martin of Tours Academy has been a Pilon® Workshop Way® System of Education school over 25 years. Workshop Way® holistic approach to education cultivates human growth goals as well as academic and life skills. Most recently we have earned the distinction of becoming a Fair Trade school.  We are the first Catholic elementary school in the nation.  (Pre-K through Grade 8) Students are educated and empowered through Fair Trade curriculum to be conscious consumers.  Fair Trade principles are infused in every aspect of the school community through fundraising, purchasing and using Fair Trade products.
